Lorenzo Bocchi, the 28-year-old Italian ranked around 625, holds a clear edge over 22-year-old Hungarian Achilles Belkovics (ranked near 1369) in this clay-court ITF M15 encounter. Bocchi owns the sole prior meeting, defeating Belkovics 6-2, 5-7, 7-5 on clay in Umag in June 2026, and enters with a stronger 2026 win-loss record plus multiple M15 titles. Belkovics shows flashes of form on home-soil events but remains inconsistent with limited depth in recent draws. Surface familiarity, recent clay schedules, and ranking disparity shape the matchup, while late withdrawals or fatigue from back-to-back weeks could influence outcomes in lower-tier events.
