Miriana Tona enters this ITF W75 Bytom clay-court match as the clear favorite against lower-ranked Polish teenager Oriana Gniewkowska. The 31-year-old Italian holds a WTA ranking near 355 with a career-high of 310 and recent experience in WTA qualifiers and W75 events, including wins over players like Sapfo Sakellaridi alongside losses to higher-ranked opponents. Gniewkowska, ranked around 1300, has posted some wins in W15 and W35 events but struggled against stronger fields in 2026, with limited success on clay. Tona's greater professional experience, consistency on the surface, and head-to-head edge in similar matchups shape trader consensus, though Gniewkowska could gain from local support and any late adjustments in the draw.
