This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed player is announced as the cover athlete of EA Sports FC27, or if the player is explicitly depicted on the cover. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Only explicit depictions of the player or their likeness (including but not limited to: a player’s face, a clear depiction in uniform including logo and/or number) will be considered for this market’s resolution. All editions (e.g. standard, deluxe, bundle) of the game for console platforms slated for release by October 9, 2026, 11:59 PM ET will count toward this market’s resolution. If EA Sports FC27 does not release, or it cannot be determined if a listed player is included on the cover by October 9, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”. The primary resolution source will be an official announcement from EA Sports and/or the player; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Kylian Mbappé's selection as the primary cover athlete for EA Sports FC 27's Standard and Ultimate Editions stems directly from his standout 2026 World Cup performance, where the Real Madrid and France forward claimed the Golden Boot with 10 goals and became the tournament's all-time leading scorer with 22.
