Rockstar Games announced the GTA 6 "Extended Look" on August 6 for a Netflix premiere on August 27 at 3 PM ET (YouTube at 9 PM ET), positioning it as a substantial gameplay showcase ahead of the November 19 release. Netflix customer support has indicated a roughly 20-minute runtime, aligning with insider reports from NateTheHate and DarkViperAU expecting a "meaningful" extended presentation rather than a short trailer. A widely circulated claim of three episodes totaling over an hour was later debunked as fabricated. Take-Two's CEO has described the Netflix partnership as delivering content that feels more like a show, heightening expectations for in-depth footage while recent unrelated leaks have added to pre-reveal buzz. Traders are primarily weighing confirmation of the 20-minute benchmark against potential for a longer format.
