Paris Saint-Germain enter the 2026-27 Ligue 1 campaign as heavy favorites to claim a sixth straight title and automatic Champions League qualification, backed by superior squad depth and historical dominance. The remaining spots hinge on consistency from clubs like Marseille, Lens, Lyon, Monaco, and Lille amid a 38-match schedule that rewards home form, head-to-head results, and squad rotation during European weeks. Early fixtures show Marseille and Lens posting strong opening results, though injuries, transfer activity, and fixture congestion will shape the top-four race through the winter and spring. Trader consensus reflects PSG’s near-lock status while treating the battle for second through fourth as fluid based on recent league trends and pre-season projections.

Resolution is based on the competition to which the listed team is allocated by the final 2026-27 Ligue 1 standings, the 2026-27 domestic cup results, and the 2026-27 UEFA competition winners. A place obtained by playing and advancing through the UEFA qualifying rounds held after the domestic season does not count, and movement between competitions caused by those qualifying rounds has no bearing on resolution.
Once it becomes mathematically impossible for the listed team to earn a 2027-28 UEFA Champions League place by these routes, the associated market will immediately resolve to "No".
If the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season is cancelled or postponed past June 12, 2027, 11:59 PM ET such that the 2027-28 UEFA Champions League places cannot be determined, this market will resolve to "No".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA and/or Ligue 1; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
