This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Platinum Glove award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Pete Crow-Armstrong holds an 86% implied probability as the NL Platinum Glove favorite due to his league-leading defensive metrics in 2026, including tops in Outs Above Average, defensive runs saved, range, and SABR Defensive Index through mid-August. The Cubs center fielder has posted elite jumps, highlight-reel catches, and consistent standout play in center field, building on his 2025 Gold Glove and positioning him ahead of the field in the eyes of the wisdom of crowds reflected in current pricing. Challengers such as Fernando Tatis Jr. or Masyn Winn would require a sharp late-season decline in Crow-Armstrong’s metrics, an injury, or an unprecedented surge in another player’s advanced stats to shift the outcome, though such scenarios remain unlikely given established trends.
