This market will resolve in favor of the player that finishes Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the most scrimmage yards (rushing yards plus receiving yards). Only games designated by the NFL as Week 2 of the 2026-27 regular season count. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more scrimmage touchdowns (rushing touchdowns plus receiving touchdowns) in Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher average of scrimmage yards per touch (scrimmage yards divided by the sum of rushing attempts and receptions) in Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is shortened or truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NFL statistics for completed games. If Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed past October 7, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player led the NFL in scrimmage yards within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 NFL Week 2 scrimmage yards market remains exceptionally tight because weekly yardage leaders depend on volatile factors including game scripts, defensive schemes, offensive line play, and workload distribution across rushing and receiving options. Multiple teams enter the slate with injury concerns—such as hamstring issues for key wideouts and knee or concussion protocols for others—that could shift touches toward backups or complementary pieces. Recent Week 1 performances highlighted both established backs and emerging receivers posting strong totals, yet no player established sustained dominance amid varied matchups and weather-neutral indoor/outdoor conditions. Trader consensus therefore spreads probability evenly across dozens of running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends, reflecting the inherent week-to-week unpredictability of NFL production rather than any single standout profile.
