This market will resolve according to the official UFC Bantamweight division champion on December 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Only official UFC division champions will count. Interim champions will not count. If the relevant belt is vacant at this market’s check time, or there is otherwise no champion in the specified division, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC (https://www.ufc.com/athletes).Petr Yan leads trader consensus for the UFC bantamweight title at the end of 2026 following his December 2025 decision victory over Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 323, reclaiming the belt after an extended absence from the top. This outcome solidified Yan’s position amid a deep division featuring frequent title changes and high activity levels. Merab remains a close second due to his prior multi-defense reign in 2025 and the pair’s 1-1 head-to-head history, with a potential trilogy bout looming. Sean O’Malley sits further back after rebounding with 2026 stoppage and decision wins over Song Yadong and Aiemann Zahabi, though prior losses to Merab and a split-decision defeat to Yan limit his implied probability. Lower-ranked contenders such as Umar Nurmagomedov, Cory Sandhagen, and Song Yadong trail significantly, reflecting limited recent title-path momentum or upcoming matchmaking clarity as of mid-2026.
