Mercedes leads the 2026 F1 Constructors' Championship with a substantial points advantage built on eight victories and consistent podium results from Kimi Antonelli and George Russell, reflecting the team's strongest overall car and power-unit package under the new regulations. Recent reliability concerns and Ferrari's targeted upgrades have narrowed the gap slightly, while McLaren's back-to-back wins highlight ongoing development potential across the grid. With roughly a dozen races remaining, trader consensus prices in Mercedes' current form and resource edge as the decisive factors, though sustained issues with mechanical failures, a superior late-season upgrade cycle from Ferrari or McLaren, or strategic missteps could still reopen the title fight.
