Alphabet shares closed at $337.12 on September 2 after a four-month losing streak, with pre-market trading on September 3 showing modest gains amid broader market advances. A federal judge rejected the Justice Department’s request to force sale of Google’s ad exchange, removing near-term breakup risk for a key revenue driver, while the launch of Gemini 3.8 Flash and Berkshire Hathaway CEO Greg Abel’s endorsement of Alphabet’s AI capabilities provided additional support. Google Cloud revenue grew 82% year-over-year in the most recent quarter, though elevated capital expenditure guidance continues to pressure margins. Traders will monitor intraday momentum and any late-session volume for resolution of the daily close threshold.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
