Early in the 2026/27 NB I campaign, with clubs having contested just four to six fixtures, multiple sides share one or two clean sheets apiece, leaving the leaderboard bunched. Ferencvárosi TC, Győri ETO FC, Puskás Akadémia FC, Vasas SC and Debreceni VSC have each posted early shutouts while conceding at comparable rates around 1.0–1.6 goals per game. The remaining sides trail only marginally, and the 33-match schedule plus European commitments for top clubs introduce rotation risks that could shift defensive form. Traders therefore price the field evenly, reflecting the absence of a clear frontrunner and the realistic prospect that any of the listed teams could finish with the most clean sheets once full-season patterns emerge.
