This market will resolve to "Yes" if the above team is seeded No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, or No. 4 in the 2026-27 College Football Playoff bracket, and "No" otherwise. If the 2026-27 College Football Playoff is canceled, or an official bracket is not released by December 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, all outcomes in this market will resolve to "No." The resolution source for this market will be official information from the College Football Playoff (collegefootballplayoff.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Ohio State, Oregon, Georgia, and Notre Dame top most 2026 preseason polls and early College Football Playoff projections, positioning them as the consensus frontrunners for the four first-round bye seeds in the expanded 12-team format. These programs enter with strong returning cores, favorable schedules, and recent success in conference play or national contention. The final CFP rankings, released in early December, will determine seeding based on overall body of work rather than conference titles alone. Early nonconference results, Big Ten and SEC matchups, and any midseason ranking volatility could shift implied probabilities as the regular season unfolds starting late August.
