The 2026-27 NFL Week 2 rushing touchdowns market shows a tightly bunched field because single-game goal-line work remains highly variable across backfields. Committee approaches, shared carries, and unpredictable red-zone packages limit any one runner’s volume, while Week 1 usage trends, official injury designations, and defensive fronts create shifting opportunities. Matchups, rest advantages, and weather factors further randomize scoring chances, preventing any player from separating in trader consensus. Historical patterns confirm that rushing touchdowns often hinge on short-yardage situations and game script rather than overall rushing yards, keeping implied probabilities spread across dozens of options until lineups and inactives are confirmed.
