This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 Long Stick Midfielder of the Year award in the PLL. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by PLL rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 PLL season is cancelled, postponed after September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the PLL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**The 2026 PLL Long Stick Midfielder of the Year race remains tightly contested among the top contenders because multiple established long poles are posting comparable defensive production and transition impact in a league where LSM evaluation hinges on caused turnovers, ground-ball wins, and two-way reliability rather than raw scoring.** Jake Piseno, the defending Brodie Merrill LSMOY winner and Denver Outlaws starter, holds a narrow lead on the strength of his continued elite stick skills, high caused-turnover totals, and ability to spark transition despite his smaller frame. Ethan Rall and Mason Woodward sit close behind with strong prior All-Pro recognition and similar per-game metrics in ground balls and defensive disruption, while Tyler Carpenter, Troy Reh, and Colin Squires trail as capable but less dominant options this season. The bunched implied probabilities reflect the absence of a single standout performer pulling away through the regular season and playoffs, where head-to-head matchups and team defensive schemes have kept the field level.
