This market will resolve to "Yes" if Rasmus "Caps" Borregaard Winther undergoes a hair transplant procedure before December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A hair transplant procedure means a surgical hair restoration procedure in which hair follicles are moved or implanted to the scalp, including follicular unit extraction (FUE), follicular unit transplantation (FUT), and any other surgical grafting technique. Non-surgical treatments, including medication, topical treatments, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, laser therapy, scalp micropigmentation, hair systems, wigs, and hairpieces, will not qualify. Shaving, regrowing, or otherwise changing the length or style of his hair will not qualify. The procedure must actually take place within the window above. An announcement that Caps intends or plans to undergo a hair transplant will not qualify on its own, and a procedure that took place before market creation will not qualify regardless of when it is disclosed. Whether the procedure is successful, and whether any transplanted hair later grows or is visible, is irrelevant. A qualifying procedure must be established by a public statement from Caps or his official representatives, an official statement from his team, or a consensus of credible reporting. Statements made in jest, satire, or parody content, and speculation based only on changes in Caps' appearance, will not qualify. Information published on or before January 1, 2027, 11:59 PM ET may be used to establish that a qualifying procedure took place within the window above; a qualifying procedure first established after that time will not count. The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from Caps and G2 Esports; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.G2 Caps recently shaved his head alongside teammates as part of a team ritual ahead of qualifying for the 2026 League of Legends World Championship, his ninth appearance at the event. This move aligned with strong recent form and a perceived "bald buff" in scrims and matches, reflecting typical esports roster dynamics where appearance changes serve motivational or superstitious purposes rather than signaling medical intervention. No official reports or roster updates indicate plans for a hair transplant, and Caps has shown no signs of addressing pattern hair loss through surgery amid the LEC schedule. Trader consensus at 69% on "No" reflects the absence of confirmed medical developments or public statements, prioritizing verified team news over speculation in a high-visibility esports environment.
