The top contenders—Xander Schauffele, Ludvig Åberg, and Rory McIlroy clustered near 19-20.5%, followed closely by Sam Burns, Tommy Fleetwood, Cameron Young, and Matt Fitzpatrick—reflect the deep, high-caliber field of FedEx Cup qualifiers where recent form, course fit at East Lake, and starting-stroke advantages create tight competitive dynamics. Multiple players sit within a few percentage points due to the event’s structure and the group’s comparable major-championship pedigrees and 2026 results.
