This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Premier League for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Premier League for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Premier League (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Arsenal enter 2026-27 as defending champions with Mikel Arteta still in charge, yet the runner-up market remains tightly bunched because Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester City have all undergone major transitions that boost their top-two credentials without establishing clear separation. New managers at City (Enzo Maresca), Liverpool (Andoni Iraola), and Chelsea (Xabi Alonso) coincide with heavy summer spending, including Chelsea’s record £120m deal for Morgan Rogers and Arsenal’s additions of Bruno Guimarães and Ezri Konsa. Pre-season squad depth questions, such as William Saliba’s early availability, combined with the absence of European football for some sides, keep implied probabilities clustered between 20-26.5% as traders weigh recent form, transfer impacts, and historical title-challenge patterns.
