The 2026-27 Ukrainian Premier League runner-up market reflects broad parity across the field after Shakhtar Donetsk claimed the prior title and the campaign opened with mixed early results. Multiple clubs, including recent top-four sides like LNZ Cherkasy and Polissya Zhytomyr plus ambitious mid-table teams such as Kryvbas, Karpaty Lviv, and Zorya Luhansk, enter with comparable squad depth, recent form, and European or domestic motivation. Promoted sides and clubs like Kolos Kovalivka or Epitsentr add further unpredictability through strong pre-season showings and home strength. Dynamo Kyiv's slightly softer positioning stems from inconsistent prior-season results, yet the overall clustering underscores how schedule congestion, head-to-head volatility, and roster continuity leave no clear second-place frontrunner at this stage.
