Boston by Stella Lefty holds a commanding 98.1% market-implied probability for the Billboard Hot 100 #2 spot in the week of August 29, reflecting overwhelming trader consensus around its current streaming velocity, radio airplay gains, and sales trajectory heading into chart lock. Established artists like Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande sit at 1.4% and 0.1% respectively, underscoring how late-cycle data and release timing favor the emerging track over potential big-name interruptions. An upset remains possible if any major release posts an outsized debut or if final streaming adjustments shift the ranking, though historical patterns show few reversals this close to the tracking period.
