The elevated probability of a series tie stems from projected parity between two rebuilding NFC East sides expected to finish with comparable win totals near .500. The Commanders enter with recent head-to-head momentum, having won the prior four meetings, plus Jayden Daniels at quarterback, though significant training-camp injuries to the offensive line and pass rush create uncertainty. The Giants counter with new head coach John Harbaugh installing a more physical identity behind sophomore Jaxson Dart and WR Malik Nabers, whose knee recovery remains a question mark, alongside several other roster health concerns. With each team hosting one game and both facing tough divisional schedules, traders see a split as the most likely outcome rather than either club sweeping.
