The Packers hold a modest edge in the season series market due to stronger overall roster projections and fewer major uncertainties heading into 2026, while the Vikings face a quarterback competition between Kyler Murray and J.J. McCarthy that has contributed to their lower preseason win total around 8.5. Both NFC North rivals open the year with a Week 1 matchup at U.S. Bank Stadium and rematch in Green Bay during Week 10, creating a balanced home-and-away setup that often leads to splits in this longstanding rivalry. Injury questions around Packers running back Josh Jacobs and edge rusher Micah Parsons on the PUP list add volatility, yet trader consensus prices a tie highest at 49 percent because historical patterns and comparable team strengths favor each club claiming one victory rather than a sweep.
