Houston Texans enter the 2026 season with a clear edge in the AFC South series thanks to their returning elite defense, featuring Will Anderson Jr., Danielle Hunter, and Derek Stingley Jr., plus an improved offensive line supporting C.J. Stroud. Tennessee Titans remain in rebuild mode behind second-year quarterback Cam Ward, bolstered by new coaching under Robert Saleh and additions like receiver Carnell Tate, yet project for fewer wins overall. The teams split their schedule with a Week 5 road game for Houston and a Week 18 matchup at NRG Stadium, where recent head-to-head results favor the Texans but divisional variance keeps a split realistic. Trader pricing reflects this balanced outlook, with the close Texans-Tie spread underscoring roster gaps alongside matchup unpredictability in two high-stakes contests.
