This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed country formally signs a normalization agreement with Israel under the framework of the Abraham Accords by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A formal signing refers to an official agreement between Israel and another country that is publicly acknowledged by both governments and clearly attributed to the Abraham Accords or their continuation. The resolution source will be official government statements, however a consensus for credible reporting may also be used.US diplomatic pressure under the second Trump administration, including explicit linkage of Saudi nuclear cooperation and regional security arrangements to Abraham Accords accession, remains the dominant catalyst shaping near-term normalization prospects. Saudi Arabia continues to cite establishment of a Palestinian state as a precondition, narrowing the window for a deal before 2027 despite repeated public calls from Washington. Kazakhstan's formal entry in late 2025 and early 2026 demonstrated the framework's appeal for Central Asian states with preexisting Israel ties, while Somaliland's pledge followed Israel's recognition but faces recognition hurdles. Syria and Lebanon have seen exploratory talks amid post-Assad shifts, yet military frictions and domestic constraints persist. No additional signings have occurred in 2026, leaving trader focus on whether accelerated bilateral negotiations or third-party mediation can overcome these structural barriers in the limited remaining timeframe.
