This market will resolve according to the bank that serves as the lead underwriter in the initial public offering of Anthropic. If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or Anthropic completes an initial public offering without a designated lead underwriter, this market will resolve to “Other.” If multiple banks are identified as lead underwriters, this market will resolve according to the primary lead underwriter. If the hierarchy between them is unclear, this market will resolve once it is conclusively evident which bank is the primary lead underwriter, for example, through the order in which the banks are listed in the underwriting section of Anthropic’s final initial public offering prospectus, once released. The primary resolution source for this market will be official disclosures from Anthropic. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Goldman Sachs holds a 57.5% implied probability of serving as lead-left underwriter on Anthropic’s IPO, reflecting its established lead in large-scale technology offerings and recent mandate on the SpaceX deal. In June 2026, Anthropic confidentially filed its S-1 and formally engaged Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as primary bookrunners, with JPMorgan Chase also participating, setting the stage for a potential fall listing valued near or above $1 trillion. Traders price in Goldman’s edge from its superior market share in mega-IPOs and capacity to secure institutional allocations, while Morgan Stanley’s 22.5% reflects its comparable tech franchise but slightly weaker recent momentum. Lower probabilities for other banks align with their secondary roles in the syndicate. Key upcoming catalysts include final S-1 amendments and roadshow timing, which could clarify the lead designation.
