The San Francisco 49ers hold a clear edge in the season series as a proven NFC contender with returning stars like Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, and George Kittle plus offseason additions such as Mike Evans, while the Arizona Cardinals enter a rebuild featuring a new coaching staff under Mike LaFleur, Jacoby Brissett at quarterback initially, and a young core including rookie running back Jeremiyah Love after cutting Kyler Murray. The two NFC West rivals meet in Week 3 at Levi’s Stadium and Week 18 in Arizona, with recent preseason results underscoring the gap as the 49ers routed opponents and the Cardinals struggled. Trader consensus prices the 49ers to claim at least one win at 61 percent and a split at 27.3 percent, reflecting the Cardinals’ projected challenges against a deeper, more experienced roster.
