The Seattle Seahawks enter the 2026 season as defending Super Bowl champions with a projected double-digit win total and favorable NFC West positioning, giving them a strong edge in both regular-season matchups against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals, coming off a 3-14 campaign and an 0-6 divisional record, face roster upheaval after releasing longtime quarterback Kyler Murray in favor of Carson Beck, alongside one of the league's toughest schedules and a low projected win total around 4. Preseason projections and head-to-head trends reinforce the gap, with the Seahawks favored in Week 2 at Arizona and again in Week 9 at home. A split resulting in a tie remains the primary alternative, while a Cardinals series win faces steep barriers given their ongoing transition.
