This market will resolve according to the number of times NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani (@NYCMayor), posts on X between August 25, 12:00 PM ET and September 1, 2026, 12:00 PM ET. For the purposes of this market, only main feed posts, quote posts and reposts will count. Replies will NOT count towards the total - however, replies which are recorded on the main feed will be counted by the tracker. Deleted posts will count as long as they remain available long enough to be captured by the tracker (~5 minutes). The resolution source for this market is the "Post Counter" figure for posts found at https://xtracker.polymarket.com. Individual posts can be viewed by clicking "Export Data". If the tracker does not update correctly in accordance with the rules, X itself may be used as a secondary resolution source.**The NYC Mayor’s official @NYCMayor account, operated by Zohran Kwame Mamdani since early 2026, shows a consistent baseline posting rate of roughly 3–6 updates per weekday.** Recent activity from August 20–22 illustrates this pattern, with multiple posts addressing storm damage reporting, emergency alerts, wage theft enforcement, sidewalk shed regulations, veterans’ events, and 9/11 commemorations. These routine announcements, often tied to city agencies or breaking weather/public safety issues, produce weekly totals that cluster in the low-to-mid 20s to high 30s under normal conditions. The week of August 25–September 1 falls in a standard late-summer period without scheduled major policy rollouts, elections, or crises that would trigger unusually high volume. Trader consensus therefore places the strongest probability (70.5%) on the 20–39 range, with the 40–59 band as a secondary possibility only if multiple overlapping events occur. Higher brackets remain low-probability because they would require sustained daily posting well above observed norms.
