The Kansas City Chiefs enter the 2026 NFL season with the strongest implied edge in the AFC West series, driven by Patrick Mahomes' full participation in training camp following knee rehab and the addition of Kenneth Walker III to bolster the ground game. Trader consensus reflects the Chiefs' historical dominance and depth at key positions despite lingering defensive questions. The Las Vegas Raiders, priced as clear underdogs, continue a rebuild with modest offseason additions and a projected win total near 5.5, limiting their realistic path to claiming the season series outright. A split remains plausible given divisional familiarity and late-season scheduling, which supports the elevated tie probability. Preseason roster stability and recent form trends have held these probabilities steady in the opening weeks of camp.
