United Russia maintains a dominant position in trader assessments for the September 2026 State Duma elections due to its status as the ruling party, extensive Kremlin alignment, and structural advantages in Russia's mixed electoral system of party-list proportional representation and single-member districts. Recent regional contests and United Russia primaries have reinforced its organizational edge, with candidate lists featuring high-profile figures and expectations of retaining a constitutional majority. New People ranks second in market pricing amid modest polling gains in some surveys, yet remains distant from overtaking the leader. Other parties, including LDPR, CPRF, and smaller groups, show limited momentum under tight registration rules and restricted opposition space. The three-day voting window and electronic options in select regions further shape assessments of turnout and seat distribution.
