The 2026 NFL Week 1 rushing touchdowns leader market shows a tightly bunched field, with leading implied probabilities clustered between 23-26 percent across dozens of running backs. This reflects the extreme variance of a single week's goal-line carries, red-zone opportunities, and game scripts rather than any entrenched hierarchy. Preseason depth-chart clarity, offensive-line health, and matchup-specific run defenses have not produced a clear frontrunner, while historical Week 1 distributions confirm how evenly distributed rushing scores tend to be early in the season. Traders price the outcome as highly competitive, where minor shifts in usage or defensive fronts could elevate any of several backs without a dominant favorite emerging.
