The 2026 NFL Week 1 passing touchdowns leader market remains tightly bunched because dozens of starting quarterbacks enter with comparable implied probabilities around 25%, reflecting the high variance of a single slate rather than any dominant frontrunner. Favorable early matchups for offenses featuring Matthew Stafford, Brock Purdy, Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, and C.J. Stroud, combined with strong supporting casts and recent form, keep multiple signal-callers in contention. Early results, including Purdy’s three-touchdown outing, have not yet separated the field, while injury questions, defensive strength in certain games, and the possibility of backup appearances further compress pricing. Trader consensus prices this as a wide-open proposition where any of roughly a dozen passers could finish atop the leaderboard depending on game script and efficiency.
