Traders are focused on management commentary around new orders guidance of 21,000–22,000 homes, gross margins near 16%, average sales prices of $375,000–$380,000, and progress on the land-light operating model that controls most homesites off-balance-sheet. Recent leadership shifts, including a new COO and EVP of Homebuilding, alongside Lenx technology investments and ongoing share repurchases, could signal updates on efficiency gains, incentive levels, and margin recovery amid competitive dynamics in the homebuilding sector.
