United Russia maintains a commanding position in the 2026 Ingushetia People's Assembly election market due to its entrenched regional dominance, control of the current 27-seat majority from the 2021 vote, and alignment with republic leadership under Head Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov. Preparations for the September 18–20 vote, including party primaries, candidate list approvals, and media time allocation completed in August, show standard administrative mobilization without reported disruptions or opposition breakthroughs. Other parties such as A Just Russia, LDPR, CPRF, and New People have registered lists but historically receive single-digit shares in the proportional system. Trader consensus at 99.2% reflects these structural patterns typical of Russian regional contests. Shifts could occur only from major verified events like candidate disqualifications, unusually low turnout, or late developments altering party registration before the ballot closes.
