Recent polling averages ahead of the September 6, 2026 Sachsen-Anhalt Landtag election place Die Linke at a stable 13 percent, ahead of SPD, BSW, and other smaller parties clustered near or below the 5 percent threshold. This positioning reflects consistent survey results from multiple firms over recent months and supports trader consensus on the party's third-place finish. AfD leads at 41-43 percent and CDU follows at 22-24 percent, with limited volatility in the middle and lower ranks. Factors that could still shift the outcome include last-minute turnout shifts, stronger-than-expected performances by BSW or SPD, or minor parties clearing the threshold in ways that alter seat allocations under the mixed-member proportional system.
