Current ensemble forecasts from NOAA and supporting models indicate a September 13 high temperature for Los Angeles most likely in the 78–81°F range, driven by typical late-summer onshore flow, morning marine-layer stratus that clears to sunny skies, and moderate southwest winds limiting afternoon heating. This consensus matches mid-September climatology, where average daily maxima near 76°F show modest day-to-day variability without major high-pressure or heat-wave intrusions. Trader-implied probabilities weighting 78–79°F and 80–81°F highest reflect the narrow spread across guidance, with lower odds on outliers above 82°F or below 76°F. Fresh model runs and observational updates through tomorrow morning will further narrow resolution criteria tied to official Los Angeles station readings.
