Recent National Weather Service guidance and ensemble model runs point to an overnight low in the low 70s for Atlanta on September 13, driven by a moderating post-storm air mass, northwest winds near 5 mph, and clear to partly cloudy skies that limit radiational cooling. Dew points near 65–70 °F and light boundary-layer mixing will keep the minimum from dropping further, while any residual moisture from Saturday’s showers could add a degree or two of warmth. This places the most likely outcome near the 72–73 °F bin, though modest forecast spread in cloud cover and wind speed sustains close probabilities for both warmer and cooler thresholds. Updated model runs tonight will refine the exact minimum before resolution.
