Current National Weather Service and ensemble model guidance indicate a minimum temperature in Seattle on September 17 most likely falling in the low to mid-50s°F, driven by clear skies, light northerly winds, and radiational cooling under high pressure typical for mid-September. This aligns with the 1991–2020 climatological average low of 52.9°F and recent daily observations showing similar overnight cooling without significant marine influence or cloud cover to moderate temperatures. Trader consensus around 52–55°F reflects the narrow uncertainty range in short-range forecasts, though minor shifts in dew points or wind could adjust the final reading within a few degrees before official measurement at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
