National Weather Service forecasts for Atlanta on September 17 highlight sunny skies and a high near 93°F under persistent high pressure and an upper-level ridge, driving unseasonable warmth 10–15°F above mid-September averages. Clear conditions and light northeast winds limit cloud cover and moisture, supporting subsidence warming that favors a peak in the low 90s. Trader consensus, with 90–91°F at 69% implied probability and 92–93°F at 20.5%, aligns closely with this guidance and recent model runs showing minimal day-to-day shifts. Any late adjustments to the forecast high or unexpected convective development could influence final resolution.
